Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Monster Padel reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective or incorrectly shipped).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault, or
- Different from the item you ordered,
please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Product replacement
- Product exchange
- Full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), Monster Padel will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason not caused by Monster Padel, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose to:
- Receive a refund, or
- Exchange for another product, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.
7. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.
8. Our Right to Refuse Returns
Monster Padel reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
- The returned product has been used.
- The item is damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- The return request does not comply with this policy.
- Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected.
